What we keep
Account details (email, name), the business data you enter (brand, products, posts and images), encrypted access tokens for your networks and store, and invoice details. Card details are held by Stripe only.
Why
To create, approve and publish your content, to bill and issue invoices, and to keep the service secure.
AI
Content is generated with Anthropic’s Claude through its commercial API. Your data is never used to train models.
Subprocessors
LiveDNS (server hosting, in Israel), Anthropic (text generation), Google (image generation), Stripe, Green Invoice, Meta (publishing on your instruction) and an email delivery provider.
Your rights
Export all your data, correct it, and delete your business or account — directly from settings. Deletion is permanent; backups expire within 35 days.
Retention
AI job inputs and outputs are kept for 90 days, notifications for 180 days and the audit log for two years.
Facebook and Instagram data, and deleting it
When you connect a Facebook Page or an Instagram account, we keep the account name and picture, an encrypted access token, the posts we published for you with their performance figures, and the comments and messages they receive, to show them in your inbox. Disconnecting the account in settings, under Channels, deletes the access token at once and stops all reading and writing. You can also remove Kitavoo in Facebook settings, under Apps and websites. To delete the rest of the data too, delete the business or the account in settings, or write to the address below and we will delete it within 30 days.
